Chris and AAC have been there for my family more than once, most recently fixing damage to the siding from the storms. He is easy to get ahold of, quick to communicate, hard working with a great team.

After a fallen tree was removed from my roof,one call and the next day my roof was repaired. Very pleasant and knowledgeable people to deal with. Definitely calling again.

We had to repair our roof in February due to a leak and were working within a limited budget, so we could only complete half of the roof for now. He was quick to get the job scheduled and finished to help prevent further damage. He was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and his crew did a great job. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. I will definitely be hiring him again to finish the other half of my roof when I’m able to. Highly recommend!

AAC Property installed new roof and skylights, they came in 2 days and knocked it out of the park, any concerns was addressed the same day, Property manager was happy to help w any questions I had, price point fantastic, cleanup spot on ,I now have a Beautiful roof, HIGHLY recommend.

I’m on the board of our local condo association. We have reached out to Chris at AAC twice in the last year or so, just recently last month. Both times he responded to our call immediately, checked out the situation, and set to resolving the issue quickly and completely and at a fair price. If the need arises I am sure we will call on him again. We were very satisfied.
